This is from the US Embassy from Canada, where a meeting took place of very intelligent people from each country, Mexico, Canada, and America. They are planning some sort of European Union thing but over here and it supposed to be completed by 2008! The idea of our country participating in this is straight up conspiracy theory stuff but this PDF is proof that this meeting actually happened.
