This guy is as progressive left as you can get and does not believe in the Constitution. On a sidenote, he also believes that if you own pets you are enslaving them and the pets should be able to sue you for slavery. Mr. Sunstein believes that the country can be "nudged" by different legislation and regulation in order to create a more perfect society. He may be the most powerful and dangerous man in America.
